4 Digital tools that can help you follow up on your Prospects

 

Before you proceed, You need to understand that people generally fall for unusual things. You might have been doing some of these things but the method you use is a common method that wouldn't trigger the curiosity of your audience to want to take the action that you want them to take.
 
For instance, if you send a follow-up message to your prospect through a Whatsapp broadcast, none of them are likely going to see the message except those whom you have had a one-on-one chat with prior to the broadcast as compared to sending them an individual Whatsapp messages.

The same way it is trying to reach out to your prospects in an unusual way; Google form, Gmail, Blogger, and YouTube. Let me now explain how you can use these tools:

1. Google Form: You can use Google form to capture details of your prospects in a database. But you will need to create a lead magnet that will make Prospects to be willing to fill the form; lead magnet such as giveaways, discounts, free trainings, access to exclusive events, vital informations etc. 

In order for them to enjoy any of these, they have to first fill the Google form to enable you connect with them in an unusual way. If you were able to capture 100 prospects for instance and you reach out to them via Gmail, Whatsapp, bulksms, Facebook maybe on their birthdays or to offer them something irresistible, then you are sure to win their attention, trust and patronages.

2. Gmail: If you have the Gmail address of your prospects, it's more effective to follow up with them through that means, as Google will suggest you to them (vice versa) on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.

It also becomes easier for you to follow up with them through Gmail because you will no longer need to type their emails one by one as Google will suggest their addresses as you type or you can do a bulk sending from your Google form database. You can send them weekly emails about discounts,f offers, vital informations, or invitation to events and lots more. These is another effective way to follow up with prospects and convert them into loyal customers.

3. Blogger: This is one of the most effective ways to follow up with your prospects by providing them with useful informations without bugging them as they will only be notified of a new blog post (use catchy headlines) which they can click the link to read the blog post. 

You can also offer a space on your blog for collabo; meaning, you can advertise your prospects Business on your blog or feature them on your post.

They are also most likely to find your blog through Google search if they search for keywords or phrases that are very closely related to your blog posts.

Also, having a blog is another means of income as you can decide to apply for Google AdSense, Facebook Audience Network, and co, if your Application gets approved, adverts will start running on your blog through which you earn money.

4. YouTube: These is a very powerful tool for reaching out to your audience. If you can create entertaining or educating videos that are interesting,  you can share the links to the videos you Create and include a hint of what the video contains then share with your prospects via Gmail, Whatsapp or Blog, your audience are most likely going to watch the videos. The emotions and memories that comes with videos can get your prospects into trusting and remembering you which can easily get them buying. Also, having a YouTube channel is another means of income.
